We are looking for a passionate, driven self-starter with 3-5 years retail experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of CSC. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sales staff supervision;
- Inventory management;
- Visual merchandising;
- Made-to-measure liaising; and
- Budget management.
Desired skills include, but are not limited to:
- Proficiency in LightSpeed POS and Microsoft Excel;
- Strong understanding of tailoring/alterations;
- Styling experience; and
- A deadly smile.
Our Number Two has to be fully capable of stepping in for the General Manager should he take a vacation, fall sick, die (real talk) or pull a Benedict. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years retail experience and a deep understanding of menswear.
The Assistant Manager is expected to have the same skills as the General Manager and the heir apparent to his throne.
